We are a small, experienced team of London tradespeople operating from Caledonian Road, N1. Our clients include private homeowners, residential landlords, property managers, and London borough councils.
What distinguishes us is straightforward: we assess the work properly, we communicate clearly, and we do not subcontract to unvetted trades. Every project — whether a single roof repair or a full building refurbishment — is managed directly by our team from first inspection to final sign-off.
We hold CHAS accreditation, SafeContractor approval, and CITB registration. These are not decorative certificates. They confirm that our insurance, our health and safety practices, and our workforce competency meet the standards required by public sector and institutional clients.
